We charge a hourly rate of $110p/h for onsite assistance, $88 for remote assistance or $88 for diagnostics. If your repair requires replacement parts or component level motherboard repair our technicians will call you prior to any repairs being made to get your go ahead before proceeding.
Yes you sure can! We have a office's located at Warner and Mitchelton that accepts drop off's by appointment, please call before visiting one of our locations.
No, we have mobile technicians on the road 6 days a week! If you are located in our service area around Brisbane or the Sun Shine Coast we can come your home or office for onsite assistance, pick-up of your PC or Apple Mac for repairs and in some cases complete the repairs onsite and for the Brisbane and Morton Bay area there is no call out fee!
No! for the Brisbane/Morton Bay area we do not charge a call out fee or travel time, just simply our $110 hourly rate while we are at your home or office. Your also welcome to drop your computer into one of our offices located at Mitchelton or Warner.
